I am 42 years old and i really started cooking when my first child was born. That was 7 years ago and she now has a younger brother, who is 4. My husband did NOT marry me for my cooking, but he says that i have "come a long way" and " who are you? My wife doesn't cook like this!" I work part time as a physicians assistant and love my job. I love trying new recipes and i dabble in everything, grilling, baking, broiling, etc. I think my favorite things are baking the recipes that are from my grandmother. She had alot of pennsylvania dutch recipes and when i make them, i think of her. Anything that my family loves to eat and thinks tastes good is triumph for me!! I have alot of tragedies, but in general, i find chicken hard because i just can't judge when it is cooked through and end up sticking it back in the oven or grill to finish. I can't make a good waffle to save my life!
