Creamiest Rice Pudding
I'd never had rice pudding before, maybe its how it's supposed to taste. But first I tried it cold and it's nasty. I heated it up and it's better & creamier. But still it seems to be lacking any depth of flavor. I even added extra cinnamon & some nutmeg to the egg mixture because from the recipe i didnt think that just the cinnamon on top would be enough. Perhaps I should've added more vanilla then called for. I wont be making this again.

Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Sauce
Yummy. The sauce was wonderful. I doubled the recipe & jarred it to be reheated later in the week. I also saved time by using jar roasted garlic. And like another review the first recipe I tried it on was the blackened salmon. But unfortunately the salmon over powered the flavor of the sauce. Later in the week I served the sauce over grilled chicken breasts seasoned only w/ salt, pepper & rosemary paired it with a simple cheese tortellini and a caesar salad. There were no leftovers!

Salsa Chicken
I followed the recipe as it was, except I didnt measure the taco seasoning, I just sprinkled it on until I liked the way it looked. I made Spanish rice & corn with it. It was great; my husband loved it. It was so easy to make. This one will definately be a keeper.
