I've always loved to cook for friends...but i just got hitched so i finally have a live-in guinnea pig for my adventures in cooking! Truth be told...He is a fantastic cook, and makes delicious Quebecois dishes for me. I don't think i've ever made the same thing (exactly) twice...well maybe my mom's Lasagne...I love to cook with new things...my new favourite is Moose! Lefsa-Norwegian roots Venison steak with beer and rib sauce...ug, threw out that recipe.
