Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Basic but delicious recipe. Instead of the 1 1/2 C all purpose flour I did 3/4 C all purpose flour 1/4 C soy flour and 1/4 C bran for a little healthier version. My 3 year old daughter and I love cooking these on a griddle. We add strawberries or chocolate chips to some. We also add walnuts to some and she likes to dip those in honey! Yummy

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken
I haven't had adobo in a loong time and I was so happy to find this recipe. It was delicious with some rice and fresh, cooked veggies!
