Butter Cream Frosting II
Made this last night to go on Red Velvet cupcakes--this made A LOT of frosting! I only used about half the recipe for 24 cupcakes...so this would be perfect for a layered cake, I think. I used 1 cup margarine because I was out of shortening and half and half instead of milk.It was fantastic. I will be using this recipe from now on for cookies and cakes.
