Mayonnaise Biscuits
I made these because I was out of a lot of ingredients but still wanted something to go with dinner...WOW. These are rich and moist and unlike any other kind of biscuit I've ever had. Certainly more of a roll...my family is calling is a "Riscuit" (Risk It) and it was certainly worth the risk of trying! I'll be making these at least once a week from now on...

Butter Cream Frosting II
Made this last night to go on Red Velvet cupcakes--this made A LOT of frosting! I only used about half the recipe for 24 cupcakes...so this would be perfect for a layered cake, I think. I used 1 cup margarine because I was out of shortening and half and half instead of milk.It was fantastic. I will be using this recipe from now on for cookies and cakes.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Wow. I followed the hints of some other users (used milk instead of water; mixed spices in to the dry mix; increased the amount of garlic, parsley) and they were AMAZING. HUGE family hit; going to make these every week from now on!
