Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
I absolutely loved this recipe! I added coriander and cumin to the onions while cooking them! It was so good, I wanted to go on and on about it, but I had company and didn't want to look like I was bragging. I really loved it! Delicious!

Pumpkin Soup
DELICIOUS! i cooked this soup for my boyfriend and his roommate, who was skeptical to taste it. he ended up eating two heaping bowls! i had to beg them to save me some leftovers! i baked the pumpkin in the oven first, so it would be easy to cut.
