Mom's Zucchini Bread

This bread was so delicious. I did use pecans instead, as I had no walnuts on hand. And decreased the sugar to 1 1/2 cups. Turned out great.

Eggplant Parmesan II

This was very good. We enjoyed having this for dinner. Baking the eggplant first did take extra time, but I would make it again.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

All I can say is YUM!!! This was delicious and so easy to make. I will be making this all the time. The leftovers are just as good.
