Four Cheese Margherita Pizza
Combine this with Jay's Signature pizza dough and you have an incredible pizza! I like fresh mozzarella and I also add a little muenster as a twist.

Chicken, Spinach, and Potato Soup
A tasty soup that allows for a lot of improvisation or add-ins: chopped avocado, bacon bits, even more lentils, or fried, firm tofu instead of chicken. We really enjoyed the great flavors!

Vegan Split Pea Soup I
Probably the best split pea soup I've had. I used a pressure cooker and cut down on the time to cook it. Still turned out great. I added some crushed red peppers for spice and added kick.
