Easy Pumpkin Muffins
OMG! The easiest thing that I've done all week. These are great! I was quite skeptical at first but I was thrilled at how moist that they are. I added rasins and some brown sugar on top but just delish inside. I will make these again soon.

Adult Watermelon for BBQ's
We had this at our 4th of July party and it was a hit! I used coconut rum and it was great!

Greek Chicken Pasta
This is a great recipe for a family gathering. Everyone loves it! I bring it to many potluck functions. It's wonderful served cold with a few teaspoons of mayo.
