My cooking tragedies
People love my food..what they don't know it that I mess up on basic cooking..I always walk away from my grilled cheese on the skillet, and it burns on one side. ha ha. I replace that side and continue on!

Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread
I made half a recipe at first. When I got to the grocer, the cupboards were bare..I had no choice but to implement with low fat buttermilk. (It was less expensive to buy the pint) I added a little cinnamon to the batter as well as crushed walnuts. I love this recipe!! Thanks! :) I also lightly greased, and floured the loaf pan so that the bread would come out easily.
