Pumpkin Bread IV
Followed the recipe to a T and it came out PERFECT! Very, very yummy! I baked it in 2 large tin loaf pans, at 325 for exactly 2 hours (they are quite large loaves). They came out so moist! Will definitely be making this again!

Strawberry Cheesecake
WOW.... THIS IS AMAZING!!! Instead of making the strawberry sauce and swirling it into the cake, I just topped the cake with canned cherry pie filling. It was DEVINE! Best cheesecake I have ever made or tried. Better than the cheesecake at the local bakery! It is very, very rich. This recipe can serve about 15 people. YUM!! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Peanut Butter Balls II
Great recipe. Lots of other people mentioned that they stuck the balls in the fridge or freezer before dipping because they were sticky - mine were actually a bit crumbly and dry. They were still easy to form into balls, but I had no problem dipping them right away. :) I used a spoon to dip them into the chocolate. I also found that the choc chips needed more shortening so the chocolate was thin enough to coat the balls in. I think I used about 4 tbsp. of shortening.
