This quiche was so delicious. I rummaged through the freezer and found out I didn't have any spinach so I used zucchini instead. It is very forgiving and a great basic recipe for quiche.

Made this for chocolate cupcakes for a shower. It was too runny. I ended up using an entire box (5 cups) of powdered sugar to try to thicken this up. I stopped there as if I added more powdered sugar, it would've been too sweet and I wouldn't have been able to taste the banana. When I frosted my cupcakes, the icing just oozed down the sides. It was messy and gross. Alright flavor, but I will definitely not make it if I were to impress people with the looks of it.

I'm not sure how to rate this recipe. The recipe is really good, the keilbasa tastes wonderful in this delectable sauce... but this shouldn't be cooked in a slowcooker. At the end of the 5 hours, I got sausage mush... which I should've expected because keilbasa is alreay cooked. Horrible in the slowcooker. Tried this again but heated the concoction up on the stove for a few minutes and it was delicious. Don't do this is a slow cooker!

I had some leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving to use up so I tried this recipe with some thinly sliced pork loin chops. So Good!!! I added half an onion to the mix of leftover home made cranberry sauce. It was tart and sweet and Delicious!

These muffins were the best! I followed the recipe exactly but I did add in a quarter cup of walnuts. It was delicious and the crumb topping makes these irrasistible! Great for using up leftover mushy bananas.

This is a GREAT oatmeal cookie recipe. Unfortunately, i only had cinnamon on hand for the spices and just figured I could double it and it would taste okay. It did taste okay, but I can see how it would be GREAT if i had the other spices... Follow the recipe to the very last teaspoon!!!

This was great! Instead of sweet sausage, I used hot. I used a better jarred pasta than prego. Classico four cheese. And instead of spaghetti noodles I used frozen cheese raviolis. This will work great with any jarred pasta sauce and any pasta. SO GOOD!

great start for an egg roll recipe but i use bean sprouts in my egg rolls along with the cabbage and carrots. coleslaw mix would be a great substitute as the ratios of cabbage to carrot doesn't need to be calculated. i also add fresh ginger, fresh garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce to enhance flavors. i dip these "lumpia," as we call it in filipino, in a vinegar/garlic dip.

i'm from Hawaii and this dish is very common. it's called "mochiko chicken" as mochiko is the brand of rice flour/mochi flour that we have here. it costs less than a dollar a box. try adding some oyster sauce to the mix too. delicious!

made this recipe for my mom. i did add a chopped roma tomato and some chopped parsely to the top for presentation. and i mixed in some shredded mozzarella before serving so each bite got a good oozing of cheese. it was delicious!

the boyfriend wanted cola ham for christmas as they did this often in his hometown in indiana. being from hawaii, i didn't want to get rid of my pinapple glaze. so i just made my pinapple glaze and added a can of cherry coke to the mix and it was really delicious! the addition of coke makes ham very good! give it a try!

wonderful bread! it was great with butter spread on it fresh from the oven. i made this by hand as i found out my bread machine was broken this morning. :( it was a very easy recipe, even for doing it by hand. i followed the recipe exactly and then kneaded the dough by hand on a floured board. then i placed in an oiled bowl and covered it with plastic wrap. i let it rise for an hour and a half, punched down and let rise again in the loaf pans. i brushed the top with egg wash to make it glazy and brown looking. i baked at 350 for 30 minutes. i'm portuguese and sweetbread is a big thing here in hawaii and this is THE BEST i've ever had. my roommate and parents loved it too! baked a few more loaves for christmas presents.

my friend and i made these for the office as christmas gifts. for our microwave it took longer to cook, about 9 minutes. our first batch ended up chewy. great recipe, SO GOOD!

this recipe is SO GOOD. i added shrimp and chicken to mine and served over penne. the cream adds a nice richness to the end of the sauce. i omitted the butter and it still turned out great. :) i also served it with garlic biscuits.

so easy! i used one can of biscuits and scaled down the recipe. instead of oregano i used italian seasoning and instead of oil i used butter. it was so good!

very good dressing. i made this to top zucchini and carrots that i steamed in a steamer. i figured it'll work with any vegetable. i did add some garlic and used olive oil instead. very good recipe!
