Recently married! January 15, 2008. I've been cooking since I was 10 years old. I graduated from college with a background in culinary arts and dramatic arts. I make dinner every night for my husband and my roommate, two boys in the navy stationed here in Hawaii.

My friends love my cooking so much that they've renamed the dishes things like "luciousness" and "badassity."
My cooking triumphs
Thanksgiving dinner for 7 navy boys and myself. Everything turned out perfect. And my one win at the Oahu Country Club when I was in culinary school. I made beef tenderloin on a bed of homemade pasta salad mixed with wasabi aioli.
My cooking tragedies
I made fudge for the first time when I was 16. It turned out to be sticky chocolate soup.
