Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
we make HUGE batches of this and freeze it in snack-sized bags. they're the perfect size for one serving and thaw just in time for lunch at the office. one thing we do differently is that we just mix the beans and sweet potato mix together. the taste is the same and it makes storage a lot easier. the first time we made it, we used more beans than called for, but it turned out great anyways! this is a definite "repeat offender" in our kitchen. :)

Sweet Potato Pie I
my fiancee gives me the saddest puppy eyes if i tell her that we can't keep this pie all for ourselves. it's so good she just wants to eat it straight out of the pan!

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce
this is the sauce that we're REQUIRED to bring every year now. :) like most of the reviewers, we use about half the zest required, just because it takes so dang long to get that much! also, it takes us about 30-40 minutes to let all the berries pop, rather than the 10 it calls for. just keep a close eye on it so that it doesn't burn. it's SO good, though! and i just love having a signature dish to bring now. :)
