About this Cook
I am a wife and mother of three grown children and have 5 granchildren. I have been cooking and canning for 45 years. I am a retired Cosmotologist of 35 years. All my children are very good cooks. I'm just your average american woman.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook and make new things. If I can't pronounce them I won't make it. I love down to earth cooking. I use everything real--butter, cheese.etc. Italian is my favorite but I also love Polish, German, and Mexican dishes

Mama's Ambrosia
This was very good wouldn't change a thing. Been making this for years except no coconut. Coconut was a nice addition.

Hot German Potato Salad III
This is the real deal! Sliced potatos is a must, not chopped or cubed. The presentation is just super that way. Thanks for the memories, didn't realize someone actually knows how to make this right.
