Moist Banana Muffins
Very tasty. I did as suggested by other reviewers and mixed the bananas and mayo together first to help break down the bananas. They turned out just great. I think one reviewer got it just right when they said moistness depends on how ripe your bananas are, past the prime is better for moisture. These were very tasty and are the fastest disappearing muffins in this house yet! I will definitely make these again!

Zucchini Pie
Good recipe, I agree with some of the reviewers after having tried the recipe exactly, I would at least peel, if not peel and shred the zucchini. The skin doesn't soften in the 30 minute cook time, at least mine didn't so there were hard bits in it. Otherwise quite tasty!

Yellow Squash Casserole
I made this recipe nearly to directions and it was tasty, I was asked to make it again and my picky husband didn't ask for modifications like he usually does. The one thing I did do different was I used a pepper-orange seasoning instead of regular pepper. Yummy recipe!!!
