Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Very good. I used 1/2 lb hot sausage & 1/2 lb mild. (husband not all that cool w/spicy) I agree with other reviews that more tomatoes are needed. I added some fresh & 1/4 cup sauce. I also left garlic in. Seriously, take it out?????

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I followed to the T & it smelled great cooking but I was a little disappointed with the lack of flavor when we ate it. It was good but I expected more flavor. I used fresh garlic, 2 cloves, think next time will use more. It was very moist. It wasn't done in 20 min. Had to throw in microwave for 5 min.

Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

I found this to be easy & very good. I did take some advice as I'm not a mushroom eater & used cream of mushroom soup. I also added some sour cream just because I thought it would need it. Results were fantastic & my children loved it too.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Wonderful. Will absolutely do this again. I did add garlic, not a meal without it, & 1/4 red wine. Would have been great even without it. Served on egg noodles. I did thicken the sauce with corn starch.

Famous Pork Chops

I enjoyed this with a few changes. Too salty & I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt. I did uncover but not soon enough. I used Parmesian cheese which may have added to the saltiness. Will work on that. Will make again.

Kathy's Roast and Vegetables

All I can say is O'My Goodness. This isn't even finished cooking yet & my husband & I have been picking. This is well worth making again & again. I didn't have Cream of Mushroom so I used Cream of Potato & Cream of Celery. No problem with the substituion. I seared the meat & did add the 2T of red wine. I will be playing with this one again & again. Thanks.

Tomato Barley Soup

I must admit while I was cooking this I was pretty certain I was throwing it out. I couldn't stand the smell. Well, with that said I tasted anyway after everyone's rave reviews. It's wonderful. My husband ate it with grilled cheese & said it was a nice change of pace. You can add any protein you want to leave it as is. IT'S ALL GOOD

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

First time I've ever had brisket & this was by far fabulous. Agree to cut down on the brown sugar. My mom, tiny thing, even had 3 helpings which is unheard of.
