Chicken In Basil Cream
Simply said, this was wonderful. I even had to use skim milk instead of cream because that was all I had.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties
Very good. I used 1/2 lb hot sausage & 1/2 lb mild. (husband not all that cool w/spicy) I agree with other reviews that more tomatoes are needed. I added some fresh & 1/4 cup sauce. I also left garlic in. Seriously, take it out?????

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Fantastic -- I did double sauce. I also see where this can be used on a variety of different meats.
