Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
This one is a keeper for sure. They totally met expectations. We ate them w/o frosting and they were devine, though I am looking forward to trying just a little whip cream!

Chili I
I love this recipe, though I have yet to make it with beer. Just have not gotten around to it yet. It is sweet and spicy, requested by family often, and fabulous as leftovers.

Special Buttercream Frosting
People, this is an awesome recipe. I did use 1/2 butter and 1/2 regular crisco. I made three variations for a luau. I added lemon zest and a tbsp of lemon juice, key lime zest and key lime juice, and coconut extract. Additionally some cupcakes were iced in vanilla. All four flavors got great reviews from my guests. This is my go-to frosting for evermore. Love it!
