Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This was good, flavorful and super easy. We have a very large slow cooker, so the root beer didn't cover the pork. The uncovered portion was a little drier and harder to shred, so next time I will turn the meat half way through.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
This recipe goes a long way. Although it says it makes 12 5" pancakes, doubling it was way too much for 13 people. They were good pancakes though.

Luscious Slush Punch
Very sweet, even with a sugar reduction. Next time I would probably only use 3/4- 1 cup of sugar (I made a half batch) at most.
