Self-Filled Cupcakes I

Very nice addition to standard fair. Had left over cream cheese mixture , will add more than called for next time.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Very nice bread recipe. I served this with turkey salad. Added 1T. butter to top and made with 2 cups Wheat & 1 cup White Flour. I added 1 t. Wheaten Gluten for lift.

Chinese Cabbage Salad II
