Soft Garlic Breadsticks
I used my mixer, not bread machine for these, and they turned out great. Everyone, including the kids, loved them. Very tasty!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
I was a little worried about the sauce as it was simmering, because it definitely did not smell appetizing. However, once the dish was completed, it was great! I made it for my French in-laws and they also enjoyed it. Will be a staple in our house.

Whole Grain Waffles
I can't say enough good things about this recipe - hearty, tasty, and healthy (yet the kids still loved it). The flavor was very good, and the outside a little crunchy. Yum!
