Apple Dumplings I
All I have to say about this particular recipe is that after trying it my father-in-law bought me an apple corer/peeler.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I must say that I have been using this website for over 5 years and this is my first review ever...this recipe is top notch. I usually add some chopped ham (or sometime Kielbasa), peas and finely chopped onions to this and add a little milk to keep it moist. This is definitely in my top 15 recipes ever.

Asian Orange Chicken
just a little note. You must make sure to mix the water and cornstarch together thoroughly before adding it to the sauce. If you still find the sauce to be starchy, next time you try it, you can leave 1 tbs of oil in the pan after frying the chicken and add the cornstarch to that and cook stirring frequently for ~5 minutes before adding the rest of the sauce...it will have the same thickening effect. Hope that helps!
