Super-Duper Chili
Very neat! I added an extra 8 ounce jar of tomato sauce; used what I had left of a larger jar of salsa - probably about 20 ounces. 1 can of corn - cause my husband likes corn in his chili. And I used the mexican Velveeta cheese - it is spiced with jalepeno peppers. And because I added more sauce - I did use the full 8 ounces of cheese. I liked it - a lot. It was simple and easy and no cutting and dicing. My husband was ok with it. Right away he knew something was different (I didn't tell him) He kept saying it had the consistency of chili in a can. He would rather have tradtional chili. But one of the guys he works with loved it and demanded the recipe.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
These taste wonderful! My husband was like... Oh my goodness these are fantastic! The flavor is awesome. The only fault I found is the dough was very sticky and difficult to roll. I ended up adding a little flour and then they worked out fine. I worried that this would take from the flavor - but it didn't seem to. I will definitely keep this recipe!

Butter Icing for Cookies
Awesome! I loved it - I followed the recipe exactly (well I may have used a good healthy 4 tablesoons of butter; but other than that I didn't change a thing. I used this with my gingerbread cookies. I put it in a baggy and cut a tiny hole in the corner and decorated that way -- very nice!
