Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies
These have a great chocolate flavour, but are less "carmely" than I would have liked. I did not have a real problem with the rolo running out while baking, but I also froze them before rolling, just to be sure.

Pumpkin Maple Pie Supreme
This pie was great. I did use fresh pumpkin to use up some garden pumpkin. The maple flavour is a nice addition.

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup
I decided to try the recipe as is instead of trying to combine all of the review comments. I thought it was great! I can't claim to be a borscht expert, but my husband and I thought it was great. I doubled the recipe in a large pot and it turned out just fine.
