Supreme Scalloped Potatoes
My husband said no one would ever top his friend's recipe for scalloped potatoes.....well, this one did! He loves, loves, loves them. The kids and I do too!

Ginger Shrimp with Fried Rice
This recipe was fairly good. A little bland for our tastes, so I added a some salt and cayenne pepper. That helped.
