This was so good! I lined my metal 10x14 pan with foil and dripped the olive oil, 1/3 cup over all the potatoes. I seasoned them with the soup mix, garlic, paprika, pepper. They were delicious!

This was sooo good! I used the cheap Jiffy crust, and used those directions to cook it. Make sure you grease the pan. I prebaked the crust, then put on just enough ranch to cover crust, bout 1/2 cup. Put the already cooked and seasoned chicken/hot sauce mixture on top. I used Ken's hot wing marinade and a little Franks. Put some cheddar AND moz on top. Cooked about 20 minutes, until the crust was just perfect. Then I put a little more Franks on top. It was DELICIOUS.

These were perfect! I used left over pork loin and shredded it. Used some salsa in the chicken/chilies mixture. Easy and yummy!
