Ten Clove Garlic Marinade
Oh my Goodness! This is absolutely delicious. I halved the oil, just sliced the onions (instead of chopped/diced), and marinated a bottom round roast for 48 hours. Then put it in the slow cooker for 8 hours and made BBQ sandwiches with it. Since the onions were sliced, I pulled them out before shredding the beef and used them as a topping for the sandwiches.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
I used what I had on hand: strawberry yogurt (1% milkfat, not fat free), white chocolate chips, and half whole wheat flour. Yummy! I also baked them without cupcake liners (used non-stick spray) and they turned out nice and crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. My toddler has already eaten two and they just came out of the oven 2 hours ago!

Quick Zesty Green Beans
I couldn't find Old Bay Blackened so I made my own blackened seasoning and seasoned the beans with half Regular Old Bay and half blackened seasoning. Wow! This was delicious. The pecans were a great addition. The beans tasted so great that I tried the seasoning and pecans with broccoli and that was a hit too (my toddler ate the broccoli version). Yummy!
