Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Simple and delicious! My picky husband even liked it! I think next time around I will add a bit of powdered onion and garlic to boost the flavor a bit.

Zucchini Bread
Yum! This bread was so moist. Next time I will heavily grease the pan though as mine stuck to the bottom a bit. Also as a helpful tip, try tossing the chocolate chips in a bit of the flour so that they don't sink!

Easy Pizza Sauce III
I have looked high and low for a good pizza sauce recipe and this one is excellent and so easy! I added a pinch or two of sugar and a couple of shakes of parmesan cheese. I like that this makes a big batch so I can freeze the leftovers for later.
