I am a single mom of 3 fun boys. Aaron (6), Austin (4), and Ethan (2). Somedays it seems like I spend all day in the Kitchen but I LOVE it! I started having Dinner on the Table for my family when I was 9 years old and family dinners are very important to me. This website has been a life saver on those days I just get bored. I love to try new recipes and expirement on my own.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
I made these for my son to take to school for his B-day. They were such a hit!! Even his bus driver sent me a note asking for the recipe!!! I made a butter cream icing and put in between 2 cookies! YUM!! ITS A KEEPER :)

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Ok, I was in need of something new so I tried this leary of the results. My pork chops were GONE. Even my 2 year old that won't eat meat devoured!!! Tonight I decided to use the sauce on chicken. Yet again DEVOURED!!! I am thouroughly IMPRESSED with this recipe! I did, however, cover my pork chops/chicken then last 5 minutes I uncovered and broiled per others advice and I could not have had a better recipe! THANKS Kim!

Chicken Pot Pie I
This turned out AWESOME! Even my teen visitors and my kids ate it up!! I added 1 can crem of mushroom in addition to the cream of chicken and also added 1/2 frozen peas.
