Macaroni and Cheese V

I have tried many mac and cheese recipes trying to find the right "cheesiness" and flavor. This, by far, is my favorite!!! I added 1 cup of shredded colby cheese to the pasta (not the sauce) to make it extra cheesy. Delicious!

Cranberry Oatmeal Bars

Fantastic recipe! Very easy! I added an extra egg and increase baking soda, baking powder and salt to 1/2 teaspoon. The bars came out more cake-like. It was a great late night snack for me and the husband!

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is an all-time favorite dip of mine for parties!!! I always hear good things about this dip and it's always finished before the end of a party!
