Cantaloupe Bread with Praline Glaze
this bread was soooo good. My boyfriend, toddler, and I went through a whole loaf just for breakfast. It is unbelievably moist, kinda like cake. I put melted Smartbalance and brown sugar on top, but didn't have any nuts so i left those out. I strongly dislike canteloupe, but I LOVED this. My neighbor and coworker tried it also, and it was a hit.

Baker's Clay
Definately fun for the family, a great idea! My 2-yr old loved it and now we have ornaments to give as gifts...we pressed her hand into a circle of dough, poked a hole in the top, and put a ribbon in. The only problem is...I think they need some kind of varnish or something, because 4 out of the 6 that we made are cracked down the middle. Also, I read another recipe which said to knead the dough before you work with it, and I think that might be a good idea.

Breakfast Pizza
This was so good! I've made it 2 saturdays in a row now for my family. Instead of bacon, we used italian sausage taken out of the skins, and made sure to blot well. The first time I used garlic and butter crescents, the second time i used plain- the garlic and butter ones were AWESOME! I was also pleasantly surprised that the crescents stayed flaky despite being under all the filling. I added one more egg, and it seemed just right to me. I added 2 more eggs the second time, and it was definately too much.
