Vegetarian Korma
add 1 can chickpeas and serve with naan and rice. easy, vegetarian, delish!

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
this is a great base recipe...i used shredded swiss and sharp white cheddar for the cheeses and it gave a nice gourmet-ish bite.
