Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

I had a surplus of tomatoes this year and decided to try this recipe. I made a few adjustments to make it vegetarian friendly and the result was very yummy! This recipe is a keeper!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

This cupcakes turned out perfectly and tasted like a dream! I used prepackaged cookie dough to save time, and devils food cake mix and vanilla buttercream frosting. Next time I will make my own cookie dough so I can omit the eggs, which to me was the only drawback. Still this recipe gets 5 stars!

Pasta Pizza

I think this recipe was quite tasty. I wonder though...why people give low reviews for recipes based on ingredients that they don't like? If you don't like mushrooms, why even make it? Or why not substitute something in place of the mushrooms? That type of review doesn't hold much merit. Give the mushroom the low rating, not the recipe.

Pecan Fudge Pie

Whipped a couple of these pies up tonight. One for dessert and one for my Mom for Mother's Day. They turned out perfectly and tasted wonderful! I will definitely be making this again.

Has the potential to make quite a mess if little hands are helping (but that's just part of the fun!)This turned out wonderfully. I made a large batch because I knew how quickly it would go. My family loved it!

Best Beer Cheese Soup

I only used 1 bottle of beer, and I substituted vegetable broth for the chicken broth. I still thought that the flavor of the beer was a tad too strong, but I suggest that you adjust it to your taste. It was a good recipe for a chilly winter night, especially served with a thick crusty bread.

EAGLE BRAND® Quick Chocolate Mousse

This is a good recipe because it is so quick and the result is delicious. As others have stated, use the whipped topping mix because using the already made whipped cream makes the mousse too sweet.

Cola Chops

I've been a vegetarian for the majority of my life so cooking meat has always been a bit tricky for me, yet necessary to keep my meat-eating family happy. These porkshops were a hit at the dinner table! Even my son, a very picky eater, loved them. What else could a Mom ask for? 5 stars!!!
