JELL-O(R) Double Chocolate Pie
Very easy! My family loved the taste. I made this into mini pies for Easter, topped with sprinkles & cherries and it looked extra festive. I was able to get 12 mini pies from the recipe as is.

Creamy Coconut Cake
We loved this cake. I will definitely make again, probably trying some of the variations others mentioned (pineapple, nuts, etc). I seemed to avoid the gooey bottom some reviewers experienced. I used chopstick and poked LOTS of holes all over it. I also really worked with the cream to keep it filling the holes and not just filling in down the sides of the cake. I think this helped to keep the moistness inside the cake rather than collecting at the bottom to make a soggy mess.

Old Fashioned Apple Cake
This was excellent! The amount of oil I poured in the bowl and then the amount of glaze and how that would work out had me a bit worried, but went forward as written with good faith and had a fabulous product. I made exactly as is, no changes!!! I don't usually bring a new trial out in the open til I know it works, but did with this and it was a huge hit!
