Udon Peanut Butter Noodles

What can I say except that I LOVED this dish!!! We only have one grocery store and, unfortunately, I couldn't find chili oil so didn't add it. I also didn't add the chicken but, I imagine this would be fantastic with prawns too. Thank you for sharing this recipe as we will definitely be doing it again!

Traditional Style Vegan Shepherd's Pie

Thank you for sharing this recipe - it's fantastic! I doubled the recipe and my sons and husband devoured everything. I couldn't find vegan mayo or cream cheese so used regular (I didn't add oil to my potatoes). This was the first time I used soy cheese and enjoyed that too. Loved this recipe and will definitely make again.
