I can't believe no one has sneaked a slice yet! This is the only apple pie I make now and it always turns out fantastic. Baked one today for Easter supper tomorrow ... should have made 2 as it is calling my name!

Mine turned out like little mini hockey pucks that didn't rise at all. I used regular flour instead of bread flour - maybe that is what made mine flop :-(

Bread Machine Focaccia

I absolutely LOVED this bread! Thanks for sharing this. I think you could add a variety of herbs and spices but, I thought it was fabulous just the way it was (I did, however, sprinkle the top with kosher salt as one reader mentioned).
