Fabulous Homemade Bread

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
The universe was definitely working against me while I was attempting to make this; beginning with my slow cooker blowing up, however I was a trooper and the Jambalaya and I both survived to tell the tale! Even with all the drama, this turned out delicious and will most defiantly join the ranks of our families most favourite recipies!

Glazed Meatloaf II
This was my first attempt ever at making meatloaf. It's a shame I think that meatloaf in general seems to have kind of a bad rep. It is so easy and tastes great. My family (including 3 kids) loved this recipe. Will definately be a regular meal in our household!
