Glazed Meatloaf II
This was my first attempt ever at making meatloaf. It's a shame I think that meatloaf in general seems to have kind of a bad rep. It is so easy and tastes great. My family (including 3 kids) loved this recipe. Will definately be a regular meal in our household!

Homemade Salami
Absoloutely delicious!! I am so impressed with how simple this is and boy does it ever taste good! Salty and spicy, just the way salami should be. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe!

New Orleans Shrimp Toss
I thought this meal was great! I didn't have any of the fancy cream of chicken soup (nor did the grocery store) so I had to use the regular kind. At first I thought it was quite salty, but on top of the corn bread it is perfect!
