I am married to an awesome guy and I have 4 kids (14, 9, 5, 3). I love decorating my home and enjoy several hobbies which include scrapbooking, gardening, and camping. I just love to cook and now I have more time to slip out of the comfort zone. My kids love Mexican style food and I just love to cook it for them. Baking all the candies and cookies for christmas. My husband always said he didn't like pot roast. I knew it was because I counld't fix it without it tasting so bland. Finally thanks to this site I can fix pot roast with the best of you and he actually admits he likes pot roast. I tried to fix chili once and didn't have chili seasoning..so I threw in a thing of taco seasoning...my dads dog wouldn't even eat it. Really.
