Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie
My husband loved this recipe, he said it was one of the best pies he's ever tasted. I even used fat-free cream cheese and imitation butter, some whole wheat in the crust. I did have to bake it a lot longer. Great recipe!

Imitation Meatloaf
Wonderful!! My husband liked this recipe even though he doesn't like lentils even. It really tastes like meatloaf, the only thing different is the texture!

Eggless Whole Wheat Muffins
This did not turn out for me at all!! I think that it needed more sour cream maybe. I gave the muffins to my dog as dog treats!
