Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes
This was good. It is key to make sure the bacon is crispy. We'll try it again using that piece of advice. Didn't make the potatoes, but maybe next time.

Asparagus Parmesan
A great alternative to plain ol' steamed asparagus. My husband who doesn't even like asparagus even said this was a five star recipe! I only ended up using 1/2 cup Parmesan, instead of 3/4 cup. We'll be making this again! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken In Basil Cream
One word: amazing! After making this for the first time today, it is already one of my favorites. The only thing I did differently was replace the pimento peppers with mushrooms. I accompanied this dish with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus Parmesan, both are recipes found on this site. It was a fabulous meal. Thanks so much for sharing!
