I love try new recipes, but family classics are my favorite. Especially those out of old church cookbooks. My family always has big breakfasts on Sunday mornings. My dad always makes the eggs, hasbrowns, and sausage and my mother makes the pancakes or waffles. I made a risotto and it turned out beautifully. Also, I had my perfectionist aunts over for dinner and pleased them with my culinary skills. I attempted to make fried green tomatoes and started a grease fire.
