Ground Turkey and Hominy
If you are expecting a spicy Tex/Mex posole, this isn't it, but it never promised to be. Not spicy, but unique and very quick and easy.

Sweet and Spicy Baked Chicken
Family was not a fan. Too sweet, was expecting a little bite. Cook time seemed insufficient as well. Followed recipe as written. Meh.

Supreme Apple Butter
Added ground allspice. Switched frozen AJ with fresh AJ. Apple Brandy is key!
