Mocha Ice Cream
Really yummy! I used expresso instead of instant coffee and it turned out so smooth. I think the heating binds the fat so it doesn't stick to your mouth, it just tastes wonderful. Can't wait to make more.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
It hasn't dealt with the fat sticking to your mouth feel that I hate in ice cream.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I tried it out with a little less butter, and my family wouldn't leave them alone! They were gone within 24 hours. Very good.
