Stuffed Jalapenos III
These are an easy, yummy snack for any get together! I made them for Superbowl last year & will make them again this week for a party. Jalapenos are a little hot for some guests, so I also stuff some small red & yellow peppers (Costco plug!!) & cook them the same way--awesome & loved by all!!!

Easy Lemon-Blueberry Jam
Good with the lemon flavor, but turned out runny. I had to add more pectin but did not get it all stirred in enough & ended up with some gelatin lumps.

Butterscotch Brownies I
I, too, added coconut--very yummy & went over well at the office pot luck. They were a little more moist in the middle than I usually like, so the coconut helped.
