Festive Peas and Onions

this LOOKED great, it was pretty bland though, I threw in some salt, pepper, a little hot pepper crushed, and a three blend shredded cheese the next time and it rocked.

Ambrosia Pecan Pie

WONDERFUL! I threw in some chopped pecans and it came out great, made it on thanksgiving everyone loved it!

this was really good and EASY to make, I did add a good bit of "tonys" seasoning (comes in a green can and I'm pretty sure you can only get it around here) to it though as it was a bit bland to all of us here, being in Louisiana we are used to things a little more spicy. But it was for sure a keeper!

Pink Stuff

this "stuff" is pretty yummy! I made it at thanksgiving to see if anyone wanted to throw it on top of some cheesecake or whatever but we all wound up just eating it straight. I also used strawberry pie filling rather then cherry.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

:::sigh:::this stuff was great the first night I made it, (the night before Thanksgiving) but the next day it was all stuck together and to the plate it was on and I had to throw the plate and all away lol. There was lots of pictures taken of the plate being held upside down with the brittle stuck to it. I think it was the extreme humidity here that caused this to happen. its a great recipes now i know i have to eat it all fast!
