Lemon Cranberry Muffins
These turned out really gummy and tough for me... I don't think I over mixed the recipe either. I guess something went wrong...

Awesome Asparagus Sandwich
Wow, I make this all the time now! An easy quick meal when I am busy. I use indian naan flatbread instead of buns though, just toss it in the oven for a minute or two to heat up!
