I love, love, LOVE to bake. I like to take a recipe, play around with it any make it something different. Chocolate cake and strawberry pie are two of my favorites. Christmas was always a big cooking event at my house growing up. My mom would start the month before and fill our freezer with cookies and breads that we at all through the Christmas season. I've always been scared of making bread and my own pie crusts. And I've recently done both of those :) Way too many to list.
