Corn Casserole III

I've made it several times. It does the trick, but I think it could also use a little bit of *something* too. I'm just not sure what! Chopped red pepper, maybe?

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

It turned out really eggy. The texture was disappointing when I was expecting creamy and got chunky. Ususally my husband wolfs down whatever I make, but for this he didn't. It was a little bland too.

made these last night. my hubby liked them, and they were easy to prepare. about 7 minutes got the texture just right; firm but not squishy. I think the sauce needed a bit more of something, though not sure what.

One Bowl Brownies

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and unbelieveable. I found that I could bake them for a few extra minutes and they didn't lose their fluffiness. They shipped well too in tupperware. The friend I made them for said she could hardly stand to share them, because when she did, her family were falling over each other to have more.

Fresh Ginger Cookies

Oh my goodness. This is the best cookie ever. Just chewy enough, not too spicy, not too sweet. I used ground ginger and a dash of cinnamon, but it's still amazing.

The Best Banana Bread

I made this using the pumpkin variation, with two teaspoons of pumkin spice, and butter instead of margarine. It turned out tasty, a perfect seasonal bread!
