Corn Casserole III
I've made it several times. It does the trick, but I think it could also use a little bit of *something* too. I'm just not sure what! Chopped red pepper, maybe?

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III
It turned out really eggy. The texture was disappointing when I was expecting creamy and got chunky. Ususally my husband wolfs down whatever I make, but for this he didn't. It was a little bland too.

Honey Ginger Carrots
made these last night. my hubby liked them, and they were easy to prepare. about 7 minutes got the texture just right; firm but not squishy. I think the sauce needed a bit more of something, though not sure what.
