Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos
I used 1lb ground pork and seasoned it with 1 tablespoon of veg oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and adobo since I didn't have pork sausage. I also used mexican cheese mix instead of parm. They were still incredible! I put them out as an appetizer for Thanksgiving and they were gone before all the guests got here! It made more mixture than peppers, so next time I will use the same amount of mixture with a mix of jalapenos and long peppers! The heat was not an issue for anyone. I cleaned them well and baked for the recommened time and they were not too hot for anyone!
